When you cannot see it

Indoor air
quality testing.Sample the air, find the hidden mold.

Sometimes you smell it or feel it but cannot find it. Air sampling measures the spore count in your home so we can tell whether you have a hidden mold problem and roughly where it is coming from.

What air sampling tells you

The mold you cannot see.

Not all mold is visible. It can live inside wall cavities, under flooring, or in the HVAC system, quietly affecting the air you breathe. Air sampling compares the spore levels inside your home against the outdoor baseline. If the indoor count is elevated, you have a hidden source worth chasing down.

We explain the results in plain language, no jargon dump, and if there is a problem we tell you what we would do about it. If the air is clean, that is a real answer too, and a relief.

Straight answers

Common questions

How is air testing different from a regular mold inspection?
A visual inspection finds mold you can see. Air sampling catches hidden mold by measuring spore levels in the air, useful when you smell or feel a problem but cannot locate it.
Why would my air be bad if I cannot see mold?
Mold often grows inside walls, under floors, or in ductwork. The spores still reach the air you breathe even when the growth is out of sight.
Will testing tell you where the mold is?
It tells us whether there is an elevated problem and helps narrow down the area. From there we inspect to pinpoint and remove the source.
